Any good lawn care in Odessa? We will need a new one starting next years season.. We have been using Charles Brown for a few years but were having issues with being charged when our business hasnt even been mowed. Then we get told the mower keeps breaking and they need to charge us more. This has been consistent for the last year. He has also asked us to loan him money in advance for mowing and that is not normal either. We always pay the regular fees and a tip.
