LaBelle Automotive is looking to add a Professional Service Advisor to our dedicated team. Duties include: Greeting customers in person or on the phone, obtaining customer and vehicle information, creating a detailed repair order listing customers concerns, creating detailed estimates for repair and conveying them to the customer, continuous monitoring of repairs active in shop and updating customers on a regular basis. Follow repairs through to completion including closing and cashiering of repair order.
Ideal candidate will have a positive, friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction and strong personal and professional integrity. Above average organizational skills are a must. A strong knowledge of automobiles is key along with the willingness and ability to learn new technology and skills.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. No nights, weekends or holidays.
