This event is in addition to the Sno Bunnies Trail Side Party.
We will have a 500ft, 2 lane groomed snow track with timing lights and Pro Tree. All trail stock and trail improved stock will be trophy classes and King of the Lake classes will be cash payout.

This Polaris RZR is in to diagnose 2 different driveability concerns, maintenance, and light up whips. We found the clutching system in shambles causing the rpms to reach rev limiter during acceleration due to the primary clutch spider spun, sheaves grooved, spring weak, weights very worn, a chunk of the belt was missing, secondary clutch sheaves were grooved, pucks and lands were worn. Also it was getting a check engine light for a cylinder #2 misfire which was recently unsuccessfully attempted to be fixed elsewhere by replacing the spark plugs (needless to say that didn't fix the issue). We pinpointed the root cause to a tiny spot in the engine wiring harness that rubbed through on the chassis. This caused the fuel injector circuit to intermittently short to ground. We repaired the harness, resecured it, and added a rubber buffer between the harness and chassis where the harness is routed to prevent it from happening again in the future. It also got a new primary clutch, new belt, and improved secondary clutch for many more miles of fun to be had.

Another Sidewinder ready for the snow. In for maintenance and upgrades. Precision EFI charge tubes, h.d. top gear bushing, h.d. chain tensioner & skate, switching from a different brand tune to pefi flash, Turbosmart blow off valve, Dalton adjustable clutch weights, and adjust the suspension to a better starting point to get it dialed in for his riding preference.
