Get to know the man behind ProBros Hot Rods!
Nick grew up in the garage, working alongside his dad and grandfather, learning the ins and outs of cars from an early age. With a strong family background in racing and mechanics—everything from off-road racing to circle track—working on vehicles has always been second nature to him.
He earned an Associate’s degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Seminole State College and spent two years interning at Johnny’s Hot Rods & Classics while in school. Nick stayed on for another three years, getting hands-on experience in every part of the restoration process, from full tear-downs and frame-off builds to parts sourcing and final assembly.
In 2024, Nick opened his own shop and has since worked on a wide variety of vehicles. His work includes a truck that was showcased at SEMA and featured in Street Trucks Magazine, as well as the Sargent Square C10 that was auctioned off for charity. Today, Nick continues to build a solid reputation in the community for quality repairs, maintenance, restorations, and custom builds—always treating each vehicle like it’s his own.
When he’s not in the shop, Nick is out doing what he loves most—racing. He currently competes in pro truck racing at New Smyrna Speedway on the weekends, keeping his passion for speed alive both on and off the track. Outside of racing, he enjoys spending time with his wife, hanging out with his two dogs, Blazer and Daisy, and getting out on the boat with his family whenever he can.
