🚛 Mobile Diesel Technician

Join a Growing Mobile Fleet Service Team in San Diego
We are a fast-growing mobile diesel repair company serving commercial fleets throughout San Diego and surrounding areas. Our mission is simple: provide fast, reliable, professional on-site service that keeps our customers on the road.
We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Diesel Technician who can work independently, diagnose efficiently, and deliver top-quality repairs in the field.
If you’re dependable, motivated, and want steady work with strong earning potential — we want to talk to you.

💰 Compensation
    •    $32–$42 per hour (based on experience)
    •    Overtime opportunities available
    •    Performance bonuses
    •    Top performers can earn $85,000+ annually

🔧 Responsibilities
    •    Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks
    •    Complete preventative maintenance services
    •    Troubleshoot engine, electrical, aftertreatment, and hydraulic systems
    •    Perform DOT inspections
    •    Communicate clearly with customers about needed repairs
    •    Complete digital work orders and documentation
    •    Maintain a clean, organized service truck

✅ Qualifications
    •    3+ years of diesel technician experience
    •    Strong diagnostic skills
    •    Experience with heavy-duty trucks and trailers
    •    Ability to work independently without supervision
    •    Valid driver’s license with clean record
    •    ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
    •    Strong work ethic and reliability
