We are already experiencing the winds from a storm that is expected tonight. We are expecting peak wind gusts of 37mph and are estimated to begin to feel the heavy effects of this storm around 8:00p.m. Due to winds there is a 𝑷𝑢𝑺𝑺𝑰𝑩𝑰𝑳𝑰𝑻𝒀 of Marion County being put under a tornado watch. What is the difference between at Tornado Watch and a Tornado Warning is a question we receive a lot.

A π“π¨π«π§πšππ¨ π–πšπ­πœπ‘ is given when weather is favorable to the formation of tornadoes.

A π“π¨π«π§πšππ¨ π–πšπ«π§π’π§π  is given when a tornado funnel is sighted or indicated by radar.
