A service center is measured by what is ready before the coach arrives.

At the new Prevost Service Center in Elk Grove Village, that means just under 15,000 square feet of parts storage, five service bays and the tools to put them to work, with a technician on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

More space. More bays. More parts on the shelf.

The new Prevost Service Center in Elk Grove Village sits five miles from our previous Chicagoland location, and it is built at a different scale:

• Approximately 29,000 square feet, up from 9,000
• Five service bays, up from three
• Just under 15,000 square feet of parts storage, up from 800
• 10 mobile service vans and a technician on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week
• A customer lounge and parking for 60 vehicles

All of it adds up to faster turnaround and closer support for Prevost customers across the greater Chicago area.

The ribbon is cut. The new Prevost Service Center in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, is officially open.

On September 17, customers, partners, community leaders and the Prevost team gathered to celebrate our new home in Chicagoland. Located near O'Hare International Airport and major expressways, the center puts Prevost service closer to the operators who keep this region moving.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Elk Grove Village for the warm welcome.
