When you treat your clients right, they never forget and when you don’t, they remember that too.
This particular client came all the way from Georgia. Even though there were mobility providers closer to them, they chose not to do business locally because of how they were treated. That’s something we see too often businesses lose sight of their purpose.
This industry isn’t just about numbers; it’s about helping people.
We had the opportunity to connect with them, walk them through the process, and even complete everything through an online finance video call. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, transparent, and respectful. They were incredibly kind and appreciative of how they were treated.
A few days later, I followed up to check in. The husband was ecstatic. Everything was working great, and they were truly happy to have their wheelchair van again.
Yes, we are a business but in this line of work, you have to lead with your heart. When you do that, everything else keeping the lights on and paying the bills falls into place.
