Some customers come in and buy a car. Others come in and become the entertainment. 😂👏

Bill & Maryann Doyle are definitely the second kind.

These two brought ALL the personality while trading their 2024 Telluride for a gorgeous 2027 Genesis G80 and their salesperson Zach Rager got a front-row seat for the whole experience. 😏

Bill proudly gave us the stories behind his tattoos, Maryann somehow decided our GSM Brad Kiddy is the coolest guy on the planet, and by the end of it we’re pretty sure everyone had as much fun as they did. 😂

Congratulations on the new G80, Bill & Maryann! Customers like you two are exactly what make this business fun. 🖤🔑

Retirement looks good on them. The GV80 looks even better. 😏🖤

Martin & Grace Kouadjo came to us from DeBary with a pretty simple goal they decided it was time for a vehicle that fit their lifestyle.

Martin has been enjoying retirement for about 10 years, and Grace officially joined him this past March. So with BOTH of them finally on retirement time, they chose a beautiful 2025 Genesis GV80 for whatever comes next. 🔑✨

And Justin Moore got to be the lucky one to help them find it!

But our favorite part came at the end, when Martin & Grace told us they had “the absolute best experience ever.”

We can talk all day about what makes Jenkins Genesis of Ocala different… but we’ll take it when our customers say it for us. 😉👏

Rick may be retired from the cockpit… but this G80 is one first-class seat he still gets to enjoy. 😂✈️

Rick & Laura Van Deusen traded their 2014 Azera for a beautiful 2025 Genesis G80, with Justin Moore helping them make the move!

These two split their time between Potsdam, New York and The Villages, where retirement includes plenty of Florida sunshine and time on the golf course. ⛳️

Rick is an Air Force veteran and retired Delta pilot, while Laura spent more than 20 years as a teacher so we’d say these two have more than earned a little luxury in this chapter. 🖤

Laura couldn’t make it for the unveiling, but luckily buying from Jenkins Genesis means delivery day isn’t the end of the experience. Our Delivery Specialist can come right to their home for personalized help with their new Genesis as many times as they need. 🔑

After years of flying Delta jets, Rick decided it was time to upgrade his transportation on the ground. ✈️😏

Joseph & Luanne DeGennaro traded their 2023 Santa Fe for a gorgeous 2027 Genesis GV70 and we think retirement in Florida just got a little more luxurious. 😮‍💨🖤

Originally from upstate New York, Joseph spent more than 20 years as a District Plant Manager before he and Luanne eventually made Florida home.

And somewhere along the way, they also managed to raise two pretty accomplished kids one became a doctor and the other a lawyer. Not too shabby, Mom & Dad. 😉

Now it’s their turn to enjoy something new.

Florida to Iowa in a brand-new GV80? Yeah… we’d volunteer for that road trip. 😮‍💨🖤

Samuel Wells & Phyllis Johnson traded their 2025 BMW X5 for a beautiful new Genesis GV80 and they already have plans to put it to good use!

These two split their time between Florida and Iowa, love to golf, and are planning to make the trip back to Iowa in their new ride. ⛳️🚙

A few hundred miles of open road suddenly doesn’t sound so bad when you’re doing it in a GV80. 😏

Congratulations, Samuel & Phyllis! And shoutout to Jacob Arnold for getting them road-trip ready. 🔑👏

Next stop: Iowa. The long way, if they know what’s good for them. 😂

Okay… this might be the shortest trade cycle we’ve seen in a while. 😂👀

Efrain & Lesly Lopez bought a 2024 GV80 3.5T Prestige just ONE month ago.

Great SUV. Wrong GV80. 😏

So they came to Jenkins Genesis of Ocala, met Frankie Ostermann, traded it in, and drove home in the one they really wanted a brand-new 2027 Genesis GV80 2.5T Advanced. 😮‍💨🖤

These two originally hail from New York, have been married 40 years, and have called Florida home for more than two decades. Efrain is a retired firefighter, Lesly spent her career on Wall Street, and apparently after 40 years together they still know how to make a decision and run with it. 😂👏

Congratulations, Efrain & Lesly and nice work, Frankie, helping them get into the right GV80 this time! 🔑

Moral of the story: Sometimes it takes buying a GV80 to realize you need a different GV80. 😂

Patty Varn stopped in to see what Genesis was all about, and Justin Moore was more than happy to give her the tour.

A little while later, her 2024 Kia K5 GT-Line had a new home… and Patty had the keys to a gorgeous 2027 Genesis GV70 Advanced. 😮‍💨🖤

Originally from the Albany, NY area, Patty spent years running a Bed & Breakfast before retiring to The Villages, where these days you’re much more likely to find her on the golf course. ⛳️

Now she’s got a pretty great new way to get there. 😏

When the business starts leveling up… sometimes the ride has to follow. 😏✨

Maylin Hierrezuelo is a full-time nail artist whose business has really taken off ,so much so that she recently took the leap and started her own business. 👏💅

She was ready for something a little bigger than her Hyundai Elantra and found exactly what she was looking for in a brand-new Genesis GV70. 😮‍💨🖤

Maylin came to us through our Customer Relations Manager Cassandra Anes, worked with Luis Gomez to find the perfect GV70, and a special shoutout goes to Caleb Rodriguez for helping make sure nothing got lost in translation along the way. 🫶

Definitely a team effort and one VERY happy new Genesis owner at the end of it. 🔑

Congratulations, Maylin! New business. New GV70. We’d say things are going pretty well. 😉✨
