🛥️❄️ Your boat’s upholstery called… it does not want to spend the winter as a frozen popsicle.

If you want those seats looking fresh next summer (and not like they survived a shipwreck), here’s the game plan:

1️⃣ Clean it now – Because last summer’s spilled drinks and sunscreen stains aren’t going to age like fine wine.
2️⃣ Dry it out – Moisture + storage = mold auditioning for a horror movie.
3️⃣ Cover it up – Sun, snow, and critters all think your seats look cozy. Don’t give them the chance.
4️⃣ Condition the vinyl – Think of it as lotion for your boat seats. Nobody likes cracked leather (or cracked vinyl).

✨ Take care of your marine upholstery this winter, and it’ll take care of you when it’s time to hit the water again.

Otherwise… next spring you’ll be sitting on what looks (and smells) like an old gym sock. 🤢

🚤 Want Your Boat Interior to Last? Here’s How! 🧼☀️

Your boat interior takes a beating from sun, salt, and spills — but with the right care, you can keep it looking fresh for years. Here are some quick tips for long-lasting marine interiors:

🧽 1. Clean Regularly – Wipe down vinyl, leather, and fabric surfaces after each trip. Use marine-safe cleaners to prevent buildup and mildew.

☀️ 2. Protect from the Sun – UV rays are brutal. Use UV protectant sprays and keep your boat covered when not in use to avoid fading and cracking.

💧 3. Keep It Dry – Moisture is your enemy. Use fans, dehumidifiers, or open vents to prevent mold and mildew, especially in cushions and storage areas.

🛑 4. Don’t Use Harsh Chemicals – Bleach and abrasive cleaners can break down materials fast. Always go for marine-specific or gentle, pH-balanced products.
