🚨 WE’RE HIRING: Full-Cycle Automotive Accounting Clerk

One Toyota of Oakland is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly through accurate billing, payment posting, account reconciliation, data entry, and record maintenance.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes
• Accurate and efficient data-entry skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate in a large team environment

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

Benefits include:

• Medical, dental and vision insurance
• Life insurance
