Sometimes serving our community well means stepping away from the shop to learn, grow, and come back even better!💚 Frog Pond Performance will be CLOSED Thursday, September 24th and Friday, September 25th while our team attends the 2026 ASTA Expo in Raleigh. We truly appreciate our clients understanding that taking time to train and invest in our team ultimately helps us provide the level of care our community deserves.

For Benjie, the ASTA Expo is so much more than another training event. It’s the event that changed the trajectory of Frog Pond Performance and his life. It taught him how to build the right team, invest in his people, and find his village, people who understood the challenges of this industry and were willing to help him navigate them. Family is at the heart of Frog Pond Performance!💚 What started with a vision and a whole lot of hard work has grown into more than just a business. It’s a family legacy. Benjie has always believed that success is built on hard work, doing things the right way, and taking care of the people around you. Those are values he has worked hard to instill in all of his children, and today, you can see that legacy taking shape in two very different ways.

Cody is working his way through the shop, learning every side of the business and stepping into greater leadership responsibilities as he prepares to one day take over the role his dad built. Caleb has taken a different path, pursuing his passion for the outdoors as a wildlife biologist. While you may not find him in the shop every day, his love for the outdoors, his work ethic, and the values he was raised with are every bit a part of the family legacy. Different paths, different passions, but the same foundation.

Benjie couldn’t be prouder of the people his children have become, and it shows!🥹 From Cody carrying the business into the next generation, to Caleb following his passion, and Callie (his favorite child🤪) helping tell the Frog Pond story through marketing and social media, each of us has found our own way to be part of what our dad built. He taught us that family matters, hard work matters, and that whatever path we choose, we should give it our all. Frog Pond Performance has always been about more than cars. It’s about people, relationships, hard work, and most importantly, family. And there’s something pretty special about watching the next generation become part of the story.

We’re SO grateful for the friendships we’ve gained throughout the automotive industry!💚 What started as connections through the industry has turned into genuine friendships that we’re thankful to have along the way. We recently had the chance to stop by and see our friends, Zeb and Suzy Beard, at Strokers Diesel and Automotive.

It’s always a good time catching up, sharing some laughs, and seeing the people who make this industry so special. We’re thankful for the relationships, conversations, and memories that have come from this journey. We’re even more grateful for the people who have become more than just industry connections and have truly become friends!🙌
