This 2025 F-450 Super Duty is getting the Moonshine treatment. We’re removing the exterior components so they can be properly prepped and paint matched before everything comes back together.

The build list hits a little different when you get to reveal it at Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. 🔥

This 2025 Jeep Gladiator came together through a collaboration with the crew at Elev8 Off Road, and we had the opportunity to put the entire package together at Moonshine Diesel.

But a build like this is more than a list of parts.

It’s making the suspension, wheel and tire package, lighting, wiring and accessories all work together as one complete build. That’s the part you don’t always see when it’s sitting under the show lights.

The Stage 3 turbo is designed to move more air and support more power, while the upgraded piping helps improve airflow and reduce restrictions getting that air where it needs to go. Sometimes the install instructions say Step 1: Become part of the engine bay. 😂

Getting this one fitted with a KC Stage 3 turbo and piping kit, and apparently reaching all that extra airflow requires some creative working positions. 😂🔧

We asked the shop one simple question…

Does size matter? 😏

Turns out, the answer is 64/67.
