Monkees Guitar Cutting & Painting. The file to cut this project is offered on Pinterest. I downloaded a legal file to use on the CNC Machine. It is an EPS. file & had to be converted to a vector file. I created the depths of the cuts and the size of the project according to aspect ratio. The size of this project is 40 inches long & is cut from foam material which is very popular for low budget outside signs.
The files are then imported into Mach 3 software to machine. The cut time is 1 hour & clocked myself painting which took a little over 40 minutes total time to completly paint with 2 coats of each color. Purchased 2 pints of paint @ $3 each at Menards. This project uses a lot less paint than it appears. You can see about 3/4 of bottle is still full & requires little paint. Pictures show timed step by step operation.

Current Part Time Project on its way to completion. I designed and programmed the software for the entire project. I have named it Home Jukebox and it works just like a real one. This one has about 12,000 songs or Free plays at the current moment. I am loading more songs onto an 8TB hard drive and hope to have my entire CD collection of 13,000 + CDs on it someday. I designed the light bar panels to be able to have multiple lights in the front. The module runs the lights to the beat of the music flashing different colors. The internal sound system uses a computer and amp that eventually will have external speakers. The software is simular to what you see in Nightclubs. Touchjams software is programmed to the computer & external hard drive. You can choose any song on that hard drive from this program and pick order of play etc. Sound runs through a Peavy amp with an external sound card DJ mixer and bypasses the soundcard in the computer. This is done to use a high power amp to drive large speakers. I have all the trim and external parts designed and programmed into the computer. I will update with pictures as progress occurs.

This project was to create new door frames and use reclaimed wood in the panels. I made the door to fit the opening from new birch material. These doors are 1.5 inches thick & require special bits to manufacture on a router table. The panels were cut down to fit the door openings & hinges cut with a special jig.

This project was a gate for a horse farm. I fully designed and welded the project to specifications. If you are an Indy 500 Pace Car buff you will know where the horses came from. I purchased a decal kit for a Ford Mustang pace car and cut the horse portion & sent to a Water Jet Company for cutting. The horses were welded in going different directions. The customer sent off to powder coat them white. I think Mark Kreke ended up with the project. I will see if he has a finished picture I can post.

This project mounted two seat from Busch Stadium #2. A frame was fabricated from steel with a 1/2 plate drilled & tapped to mount the frame section. Rough sawn pine was edge glued together and the Cardinals logo was CNC engraved into the panel. The frame is painted Cardinal red & the panel is stained with color mixed outdoor stains. The bottom has 4 rear truck door bumpers mounted to the frame asnd keeps the bottom off the ground & keeps it from moving around when being sat in.
