The day has come that I could never have imagined coming, Ralph has retired ! For the last 17 years I've spent almost every single day of my life with Ralph and I just can't imagine coming into work without him here. On day one Ralph said to me "all that I ask of you is that you work as if you were the owner and I'll take very good care of you". I tried to live up to that wish as best as I could. I can only hope to be as good of a boss as he was to me when the time comes to hire someone. I've learned so much from him that I'll keep with me for the rest of my life.
From work to my personal life I couldn't have had a better boss, friend and father figure to guide me. I love you and I thank you for everything you've done for me. You have truly been a blessing. Happy retirement Ralph Scognamillo !!!
