Our Front Desk Coordinator acts as the face and voice of our automotive shop for any customer coming through our doors or calling in with questions. If you can be described as someone who loves interacting with people, thrives when multi-tasking, and enjoys the feeling of being an asset to your team – We can’t wait to hear from you!
Responsibilities Include
• Provide customer service to clients, vendors and staff by greeting and directing to proper locations
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Sorting and sending mail
• Stocking supplies
• Create positive connections with your coworkers and build relationships with remote sales teams
• Daily bank receipting
• Cashiering to clients
• Have a character of strong integrity and trustworthiness
• Experience in QuickBooks is preferred
• Billing and collections
• Previous automotive sales experience and call center experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Administrative work such as receiving parts, accepting invoices, and ensuring accuracy
• Shuttling customers to and from the shop
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills
• Clear and concise communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Retail experience a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills
