Sometimes final assembly is a long way from finished product. The power valve / governor gear assembly is essential to low/mid/high rpm torque output in 2-strokes. This one needs a new bearing and retainer before timing it to be correct. Back apart for a $4 bearing it is! The devil is in the details 💯

I’m back! Memorial Day 2003 Suzuki RM125 refresh. Previous builder installed crankshaft seals incorrectly and the bike lost compression.

It’s been a very busy year and not a lot of time for builds. We are slowly on our way back!
