‼️Attention customers and followers!!‼️

There comes in a time when running a business where there is no choice but to make changes. With running a business there are lessons that are learned along the way. There are a few changes that will be made that will make a better work/life balance for myself and family.

These will be the changes that are about to be put into place: My cell phone number is becoming the new office phone. You can still call, text, email and use whatever form of communication you need to use to contact the business. I personally will no longer have that phone on me. Calls will go through the office and be scheduled from there. There will also be some common courtesy rules if you will… please be courteous to my staff as we navigate these changes. Unprofessional and rude behaviors will not be tolerated.

Hours of operation:
Our normal business hours are 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. If you want me out after 5:00pm or on the weekends for an emergency call, you will be charged an overtime rate of 2x the normal rate of $175 per hour. That’s $350 per hour. Along with our normal charge of $2 per mile utilizing Google Maps to travel the most efficient route to and from your machine.

Currently, I have contracted days with two companies on Mondays & Thursdays. I am currently on a huge job that requires my attention for the next 3 weeks or until it’s complete. I have a list of customers that are on the waiting list at this time. Customers will be contacted to schedule repair to be completed once this job is done.

I am aware this can be frustrating for long waiting customers. Please understand that I am one person and am doing my best.

I have another truck now and I’m waiting for its driver to come along and help pick up the slack. This individual is a fantastic mechanic and will bring many years of experience to the team.

Also, we are currently working on acquiring some shop space and with that will (hopefully) bring a few more experienced mechanics to shorten the wait times for you. Stay tuned for more information on that.

Everyone knows how hard I’ve been working. My amazing wife sees it. My children see it. My wife and children are everything to me and they are growing up fast. I don’t want to be that dad that misses important things in their lives.

Boy, that was a rough winter, or what? Well, we’re in a false spring now and the calls are flowing in. We’re back to working outside, hopefully for the rest of the year. We have a huge backlog of work to catch up on, and as long as the weather stays reasonable, we’ll get to everything as quickly as possible. Please be patient, as I’m still a one-man show and I can only do what I can. I appreciate you all. Thank you!!!

Hope everyone is safely managing the aftermath of this historic blizzard. We are out assisting with snow removal. If feasible, please help your elderly neighbors clear snow from their driveways, vehicles, and sidewalks, considering the weight and amount of snow involved.

Just a little heads up for everyone. I’ve put a lot of thought into this and I feel like it’s right.

With the continued bitterly cold weather, and my less than perfect health, I am going to suspend my working outside in the cold until the weather breaks and starts to warm up.

Now, I’ll still be working and getting to everyone as I can. If you have a shop to work out of, I’ll gladly come do what needs to be done.

I need to take my health into consideration and with my heart in its current state, I can’t recklessly push my luck.

Looks like our leak was down to an o-ring that had seen better days, all those heat cycles made it as fragile as a leaf. Swap in some new o-rings and this unit's back in business.

My oh my what a year it’s been. 2025 has had it’s share of ups and downs for sure. Motor overhauls to transmissions, electrical issues and even heart problems. Lessons were learned and all I can do is keep moving forward.
Thank you to my loyal followers who have been supporting me through this journey. I’m looking g forward to seeing what’s in store for 2026!!
