With this shift I’m on, being I don’t go to asleep until 12:30-1am and getting up at 3:50am, now I should have time to jump on this thing to finish it.. I’ll have from about 8am-noon to work on it or earlier depending on what time we leave at night.. I’ll have longer weekends as well

I like this new option for your pics, this thing looks almost professionally built by itself 😁😁, I was not done with it at this time, now I’m making changes to it

Engine update:
There’s a change up I’m going to be doing on the 355cid for the 86 C10, the intake, going to take the B&M roots off and going with the Edelbrock 1551 E-Force 122 Chevy Supercharger, it’s less maintenance and has the Eaton rotor assembly in it (𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞), the belt is smaller unless I can get a 9 grove update to look more aggressive, it will only produce 5-7lbs depending on compression compared to 8-10lbs B&M 144, I’ve built many engines using the 144 and never used the Holley 122 being it’s a newer style, I’ll have to research everything to see how it might perform with my setup, the heads and camshaft, I’m sure some changes will be made.. some probably asking themselves what will the upgrade to the (Holley) Eaton H122 cost?? On the high side $7K low side $4K depending on changes.. the supercharger it’s self runs around $3600.00, you can get it for the Vortec engines it costing about the same.. I’ll either sell the B&M or keep it for another project don’t know yet..

The Edelbrock 122 Supercharger Kit part #1551 for 1955-86 302-400 CID Small-Block Chevrolets is a positive displacement supercharger that is capable of producing 500+ horsepower on a small-block Chevy engine.
This system utilizes the Eaton H122 rotor assembly for maximum efficiency in a compact package.
The compact design may potentially fit under the hood of most muscle car and street rod applications.
Testing resulted in a peak of 507 horsepower and 487 ft-lbs of torque @ 5 PSI on a 350 CID with 9.5:1 compression.
The Edelbrock 122 is designed for use with factory style belt and pulley configurations.
Will not work with aftermarket serpentine pulley systems and will require the use of a long-style water pump. Each kit includes the supercharger assembly with Eaton internals, intake manifold, drive pulleys, belt, gaskets and all necessary items for ease of installation. Does not include carburetor, so you can use your carburetor of choice. This Edelbrock supercharger is intended for 302-400 CID Small-Block Chevrolets equipped with long water pumps and stock style bracketry. It's designed to utilize the factory accessory drive belts, in conjunction with the secondary 6-rib supercharger pulley drive system. Manifold height: A-8.50in., B-9.75in. Carb pad height: 9.125in. Satin Finish.

I’ll do another video of the B&M 144 before I remove it, if I do sell it Carb not included

Have not done any videos on the truck lately, I’ll get back at it soon.. next week is the C10 Nationals at Texas Motor Speedway.. I’ll be out there Friday weather pending..

Wow there was a lot out at Pate Swap Meet this weekend, it was kinda a repeat like I was at the same one last year.. same cars and trucks I seen last year for sale was back again.. The sad part they were asking more for them after they covered up what people found last year and didn’t buy them..
If you don’t know what to look for when buying one send someone..


Well next up is the C10 Nationals on the 12th next month at the Texas Motor Speedway, I’ll be out there Friday the 12th weather pending, rains Friday I’ll be there Saturday..

Can’t believe it’s been a year(𝑐𝑎𝑚𝑒 𝑢𝑝 𝑖𝑛 𝑚𝑒𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑦, I need to get this project done..
Was getting things ready for the rotation assembly for the supercharged smallblock, this is way over head from day job 😁.. each rod has its own SN #, weight was documented for each one, then sent out for final balance to get bobweight for crankshaft balancing, there is so much involved in building one

Well didn’t get much done on the dash, but did install the GM seatbelt in the Toyota runner seat..
