So customer states, Battery drains over night. But battery has tested well? Hum most would start looking into electrical. If you stay current you would call that checking for parasitic draws?
SOOOOOOOO, WHY TELL THE LADY SHE NEEDS OIL CHANGE AND SPARK PLUGS??

(You do not need coil packs for your tune up folks!) Perfect example was quoted 1200. Well takes a little extra work but boots an dielectric grease boom! That$1200 went to $485

And finally ford edge, new HCU , BCM , all installed programed -adaptive stopping and cruise control. This is why brake flushes are relevant today's vehicles are mainly hydraulic control units. Moisture metals etc over time can stick modulator valves, calipers ETC.

Time is not taken to diagnose an issue. rather than run to the first sensor read out on a code scanner!
