Weekend maintenance? Give your RAM HD’s rear differential some attention.

PPE’s cast aluminum rear differential cover adds 0.7 quart of oil capacity, with half-inch external cooling fins to help dissipate heat. Magnetic fill and drain plugs capture ferrous particles, and the fill plug retains the factory fill level.

A 10-speed working hard generates heat. The pan can help manage it.

The PPE heavy-duty cast aluminum pan for the GM 6.6L Gas 10L1000 adds 1.5 quarts of fluid capacity and uses 3/4-inch external cooling fins to help dissipate heat.

Inside, 3/4-inch baffles reduce fluid sloshing and improve heat transfer. The fins and baffles also create a cross-braced structure for added strength and impact resistance.

Add magnetic stainless service plugs and a fluid-level standpipe, and you’ve got better cooling, fluid control, and serviceability built into one component.

Your oil pan is part of the engine’s protection system.

The factory plastic pan can retain old oil and sludge during an oil change. The PPE cast aluminum pan is designed for more complete drainage while adding 1.9 quarts of oil capacity.

3/8-inch external fins help dissipate heat and increase impact resistance, while 3/4-inch internal baffles help control oil movement and improve heat transfer.

Add the cast-in gussets, cross-bracing, and magnetic stainless drain plug, and you’ve got an oil pan built around cooling, durability, and cleaner oil service.
