We do all over custom builds for ALL types of cars. Tallant's Hot Rod Shop has been around for 30 plus years and started out as a one man operation.

It later grew into a father/son partnership and remained as such for quite a few years. In 2005, we broke ground and began construction of a new shop. In 2006, the business was Incorporated and in June of that same year, with 4 full time employees, we opened the doors at the new location in North Kansas City, MO. By early 2007, we had grown a little more to a full time staff of 6. We specialize in high quality collision repair and custom building of Street Rod cars and trucks. We build award winning show cars and trucks, many of which have been publicized in magazines such as Hot Rod, Street Rodder, Street Rod Builder, Super Rod and many more.

Had a great time this weekend at the the_gathering_at_the_roc Courtney Springer 37 zephyr had a lot of attention even though it’s not finished yet. We still have some dialing in to do but it did everything we asked of it. The car only had 1.5 miles on it before the show. He put about 40 miles total on it during the show.

4 weeks ago this 1937 Lincoln zephyr was just a bare body shell. It has a supercharged v12 with 4 stromberg carburetors. It’s been completely wired and completely put together without the interior. We aren’t pushing for the_gathering_at_the_roc next weekend but still have some things to complete
