Over the weekend, our videographer and social media manager, Michael, hauled his marker-bombed Porsche 944 on his first ever car trailer, an H&H Trailers. He hauled it 460 miles each way to Virginia International Raceway (VIR) for 944Fest, the largest gathering of Transaxle Porsches in the world.
"I was nervous at first, as I’ve never really hauled anything in my life. However, this 20' H&H made the whole process surprisingly easy, from loading and unloading to the 16-hour road trip.
There was plenty of room for me to get out of the car from either door, the LED lights made it much easier to see where I was on the road at night, and the multiple stake pockets gave me plenty of flexibility when it came to tying everything down. The steel ramps were also surprisingly lightweight.
I was able to load and unload the trailer completely on my own and make the entire trip without any issues. I even got a lot of compliments on the trailer. Honestly, I kind of want to do it again."
