Our goal is to save the paintwork, and we do this by lining tanks with our own formula for a CHEMICAL resistant, ethanol resistant shell that protects from RUST blistering through to YOUR PAINT JOB! ory liner wither away and let ethanol rust and destroy your tank. Dont make the same mistake as many people who send in the tanks they have attempted to line themselves. It takes years of knowledge and the correct tools for the correct job. Let us save you the pain of losing your tank and give us a call

Gas Tank Lining:
Includes our proprietary cleaning, epoxy lining, and our Limited Biketime Warranty. Standard Tanks – $229 Any Gas Tank, regardless of who makes it or what it’s made of. The exception is Oversized Tanks listed below. Oversized Tanks – $379 All split tanks: Harley-Davidson or aftermarket, Ducati Multistrada, Triumph X75, BMW GS, or gas tanks with an integrated seat. Oil Tanks - $139 For New Oil Tanks, stand-alone or built into the gas tank. Used Oil Tanks are $189. Specialty Tanks – $TBD Antique, Rare, or Unobtanium, these tanks require special attention and Standard Pricing would be a disservice. Please give us a call. Please Note: Tanks that are heavily rusted or coated in varnished gas require additional labor and hazardous waste disposal. An additional charge of $29 may apply. Paint Protection:
Includes the additional efforts required to protect your paint. Simply choose which option best fits your needs and add it to the lining above. Basic
Paint Protection – $ 99 Applies to all tanks, regardless of the condition or the type of work required and is done on a best-effort basis. Guaranteed
Paint Protection – Includes Paint Protection and our Guarantee, if your paint is damaged the job is free! Both the tank and the paint must be in sound condition.**

$129 Standard Tanks. Oversized Tanks are $149.

$159 Standard Tanks requiring Factory Liner Removal. Oversized Tanks are $189. Extended
Paint Protection – $TBD For paintwork that is extremely rare or valuable we offer additional protection. Both the tank and the paint must be in sound condition.** Please call for details.

**Our Guaranteed and Extended Paint Protection does not apply to the following tanks:

Tanks that leak or show signs of leaking. Tanks that require the removal of an aftermarket liner. Tanks that have any type of foil leafing. Unclear coated pinstripes, decals, or artwork. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer upon inspection of the tank. Liner Removal:
For the removal of Factory or Aftermarket liners from steel tanks only, we cannot remove liners from fiberglass, aluminum, or plastic tanks.

$129 Liner Removal from any Standard steel gas tank. Click here to send us your tank! Additional Services:

Strip-n-Prime - $159 We strip existing paint and bodywork, pull the major dents to within 1/8" of the original dimension, and seal the tank with a flat black epoxy. It does not include finished bodywork. Oversized Tanks are $199. Corrosion Repair - $TBD The lining process itself addresses most minor repairs. For tanks with more extensive damage we must assess the tank to determine the cost. Click here for more information!
