I was referred to Jack's by a friend of mine after I had clipped a brick wall corner too closely in a parking garage. I didn't want to submit a claim through my insurance company, but was absolutely horrified to discover how much other body shops were quoting to have the damage repaired.

After meeting with Mark at Jack's Auto Body, the quote he gave me simply seemed too good to be true. How could he possibly do a quality repair job for $1,100 when all of the 4 quotes I received from other shops were ranging from $2,500 up to $6,000+? My car was a lease so absolutely anything less than perfect was simply not an option...the repair HAD to be invisible!!

But my friend reassured me of his work and honestly, I just got a really honest vibe from Mark when I met with him (not to mention all of the positive Yelp reviews for his shop). So I took a chance and threw caution to the wind.

After having my car for only 5 days (all the other shops said they'd need anywhere from 2-3 weeks to complete the job), I got the call that my car was ready to be picked up. As I walked onto the lot...butterflies floating around my stomach in fear of the repair not being perfect...I was ecstatic to find my car back to the exact shape it was before that brick wall decided to ruin my month. I was amazed at how the paint matched perfectly, the curves and accents of the metal body flawlessly matched their twin panels on the other side of the car. Not so much as even a dimple remained on the 2 panels that he repaired.

So I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Jack's Auto Body for the work you did on my car. You saved my wallet literally thousands of dollars and made a believer that not all auto body shops are out to screw the customer for the almighty dollar. Hopefully our paths won't meet again, but if they should...you have a customer for life!!!

Jack's Auto Body is the type of find that you just can't wait to refer business to because they are just that good. My wife and I recently took our Nissan Altima there after a young lady decided to reverse on top of our car and pop up our hood. Jack's Auto Body came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I went there immediately and spoke with Mark Dupree the owner.

Mark was amazingly helpful, reassuring and genuinely caring. There was not a moment that we felt like we would be better elsewhere and trusted Mark with our car. We were not disappointed by any means.

Mark's team at Jack's Auto Body were quick, efficient and did such a great job that our car looked better then it ever did! Our Nissan looked almost brand new and we were just floored. Mark walked us through with all of the charges and details that our insurance covered and stood behind all of his work.

Mark insisted that if anything seems wrong with the car to immediatley bring it back to him so that he can take care of it right away. Needless to say, our car runs beautifully and even the air conditioning runs colder! :-)

Thanks Mark for all of your help and we will gladly refer our family and friends your way!

Jack's is awesome. Just got a new car and scratched the fender in my tiny garage. Devastating. Going on a road trip to visit the fam tomorrow and really wanted the car to look perfect when they see it. Jacks was able to paint the fender and have it looking good as new in just a few hours. Best part, the work was quoted at $150 at a local body shop which is known for competitive pricing near where I live on the west side. Jacks did it for $75! So professional, fast and extremely fair pricing. Totally worth the drive to north Hollywood!

I'm writing this on behalf of my friend. We've been going to Jack's for quite awhile and have always been pleased. Mark, the owner, is honest and an all around nice guy and his office manager is the same. They have always done great work. My friend needed body repair, I recommended Jacks. She went to three places total and Jack had the best price. His shop did the job in a timely manner and her Pilot looked like it had never been damaged. She was thrilled with the work. I was happy she was pleased. Thank you Mark!

Fantastic shop. I let me girlfriend drive my car and she got into a small accident. Unfortunately, even a small accident in a BMW is expensive. I got a few estimates but then a friend referred me to Jack's bodyshop. All my original estimates were around $1,400 - $1,550. Jack's estimated me at around $1,200-$1,350.

The car was done right on time and looks like brand new! (it's a lease so anything but brand new when I return it won't work)

Really happy with how professional they are and the great price. (Final price was $1,200)

They are amazing. What we have taken in and left with is incredible. Mark is a great generous person and he is open and honest with us. We have never felt taken advantage of and would definitely recommend this place.

I love my highlander and when I have "hurt" it he has always taken care of it and made it good as new.

The only way to know if this place is good is to take your vehicle and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. The results are great and so is MARK!!

I have been bringing my cars to Jack's for a number of years. First it was to straighten out some bad work done by another shop on my 68 firebird, then fixing an accident when some one rear ended me in the same car, [Harvey's a rocker who is also a master metal worker luckily for me] then several modern cars that had been hit or hit something over the years. Finally Marc had my latest adventure, a 94 Buick Roadmaster Wagon fixed up and looking real good.
Jack's a body shop that does great work at affordable prices!

Another 5 Star on a Classic Mustang Fastback: 5.0 star rating 12/22/2016

Jack's Auto Body came as a suggestion from a "car guy friend." My Wife's 1969 Fastback Show Car was damaged and we had to repaint the entire front of the car.

Marc the owner, took the time to come to the house and look at the car. I had gotten other estimates but was not pleased. Marc's estimate was very competitive but he ensured me he provided tremendous value.

I decided to go with Marc and Jack's Auto Body. The work came out great. It was done in a timely manner, he repaired a few things that I did not notice previously, he kept me updated with pictures and explanations of the progress. He and his team did an outstanding job.

I have already referred a close family friend and will have him repair my Excursion and then paint my 1967 Chevelle.

I had a great experience. He and his team get a 5 out of 5 in my book.
