Automotive Body Shop Estimator
Monroy’s Collision Repair is looking for an experienced estimator who also has skills in identifying,
ordering and can also handle accounts receivable and accounts payable in a high-volume body shop.
Our Family-owned collision facility is seeking an energetic and SALES oriented, highly motivated
professional to write repair plans and help manage vehicle disassembly, scheduling and production and assist in oversight of other aspects of shop operations.

Personal Requirements:
• 2+ years of collision repair estimating experience with some parts background experience
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to properly and independently complete tasks
• MUST be able to produce top quality repair plans and supplements quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to identify, order, check in and distribute parts to techs within the store
• Must possess significant conflict resolution skills
• Experience using CCCOne’ Estimating platform a plus!

Full Job Description
Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely. Mixes paint according to specifications.
Selects and mix paint, Experience with color matching.
Quality and car for the final product
Attention to detail.

Maintains tools and keeps equipment clean and in a proper state of repair. Keeps work area clean. Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer, and state laws.

Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management. Cooperates and assists other team members to complete repairs.
