Schedule: 5-day work week — NO WEEKENDS! 🎉
If you’re an experienced R&R Tech who can work on all makes & models, has a positive attitude, and wants to be appreciated for going the extra mile, we want to talk today!

65k-90k depending on experience

Qualifications:
• 2+ years R&R experience
• Strong knowledge of transmission removal & installation
• Basic computer skills
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Work independently and take direction well
• Keep your area clean & safe
• Friendly, professional communicator

What you’ll do:
• Stay current with developments in the transmission industry
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform removal & installation of transmissions and related components
• Help establish and maintain service area workflow
• Own your recommended & performed services
• Provide support to the Transmission Rebuilder

*Ability to take orders and listen to others in order to complete instructions and carry out daily work assignments
*Have the skills to clean and keep area safe

During this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 outbreak we at Holt Transmission Service are here to serve you with the utmost safety. We are taking extra measures for the safety of our employees and customers. We will be implementing federal guidelines of social distancing when handling our jobs, both with the customer and employee to employee interactions. Sanitation is key and every employee will be washing their hands frequently and wiping down surfaces used. We will also be using steering wheel, seat and shifter covers in every vehicle.

We are here to serve you and will remain open for our regular hours of business, 8-5:30.
