Automotive BDC Representative

Stokes Honda North is looking for one – two Business Development Representatives to join our team.

Business Development Representatives are responsible for setting appointments for Sales customer calls. This position requires high-volume inbound call handling, emailing and outbound phone communications to generate new clients and maintain the existing customer base as customer submit inquiries to the dealership online and by phone. This is an hourly and a commission base job.

Employees with administrative, retail , call center experience or sales backgrounds tend to excel in this role.

Qualifications-

The ideal candidate must have the following:
• Great people skills/ phone skills
• Ability to make 80-100+ calls a day
• Customer and team focus
• Strong communication skills
• Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new applications
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• previous experience is a plus.
• Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test
