New truck for Town of Leicester Fire Department . Squad 1 was brought in for a full Whelen light package. Using Whelen Cencom Core lighting/siren controller allows for a TON of functionality in the programming. Utilizing this technology provides the ability for light pattern changes based off of certain events. Events such as night time use vs daytime use, whether the truck is in drive or park, or if extra scene lighting is needed to provide the extra visibility in dark conditions. Whelen’s technology with their DVI (dynamic variable intensity) patterns create a safe and bright warning package while not blinding oncoming drivers approaching the scene.

For the lighting package. On the roof is the Whelen Liberty II DUO lightbar. In the grille is 4 Whelen Ion DUO’s with a pair of Whelen LINV2 down on the fog light bezel providing a 180 degree spread for forward intersection warning. On the running boards are Whelen T-Ion’s also in a red/white configuration. With red and white hide-a-way LEDs in the tail lights and a pair of Whelen strip lite plus lights (also red/white) under the tail gate to bring in the full 360 degree light package. For added reverse/scene lighting we added a pair of Baja Designs S2 lights.

The console is a Havis 30” long 12.5” wide vehicle specific console. Mounted in the console we have their radio as well as the Cencom Core control head. With some added power outlets to keep any electronics charged and ready to use when needed.

Mounted to the console is a pair of Nightstick flashlights. These are permanently mounted and they charged off of an ignition circuit so they will be ready to use when needed but won’t drain down the vehicles battery when charging.

In the video you’ll see the difference between day/night response and park patterns as well as the ability for full “scene mode “ if needed.

If your department is looking to have a new vehicle upfitted, then give us a call to get a quote! Thank you to the town of Leicester Fire Department with your trust in completing this build. We hope you love it!

Truck number 4 for Galasso Landscaping!

On this truck we installed 8 Soundoff Signal MPower lights in the grille and around the body. We also installed 2 SNM flood lights up on the body to work with the already installed lights on the salter!

Thank you to Shaun and Galasso Landcaping for the continued business! You sure won’t miss these trucks on the roads!

Number 3 for Galasso Landscaping! On this 23 Superduty we installed 6 Soundoff Signal MPower lights in the grille and on the running boards. (Not pictured) The lights on the running boards also activate as additional running lights when the trucks headlight are on. We also put two Soundoff Signal hide a way LEDs in the reverse light for rear warning that wouldn’t be obstructed by the salter. Under the bumper is a pair of SNM flood lights to provide better visibility when plowing and salting.

The end result for one of today’s trucks. 6 Soundoff Signal mPower lights around the truck and 2 SNM flood lights in back. All controlled by a 4 button SNM switch tucked away in the side pocket of the center console.

Snow might not be here yet, but don’t wait until it is to think warning lights! Reach out to us for a quote.

Another personal car for police details.

This explorer originally came from a CT fire department and was completely upfitted for their use. Including a full Havis console and command center in the trunk with a power inverter and aux batteries. The lighting was typical for CT being half red and half blue.

We started with swapping out the front lighting to all blue lights and removing the interior light bar. We then went on to removing the Havis console and swapping it out for a factory one. Mounting the light/siren controller to the side of the console but still out of the way. The radio head and mic were mounted inside the console for a discrete look. Moving on to the back we then removed the old power inverter and dead aux batteries. Re configured all the wiring and simplified much of it since there was a lot removed. Added a couple of stream light charging bases to round it all off.

Keep your eyes open for this one out on the highways. You sure won’t miss it!

This vehicle came to us from a local officer looking to have a safe detail car.

This car was purchased by the customer with most of the lighting already installed but inoperable.

We installed a Whelen HHS3200 siren/lighting controller and re wired all the existing lights to function. Then we added a rear Strobes N More E66 light stick with amber traffic advisor over ride. We also added a pair of blue lights next to the license plate to provide additional rear lighting when using the T/A. The customer also supplied a factory center console for installation, which we mounted the hand held lighting controller inside of.

If you need any lighting repaired/changed or are looking for a new full install, call us for a quote!

Check out this 2023 Chevy 3500 dump for Gallagher Property Services!

This truck features a Whelen Core-C lighting controller. A total of 10 Whelen T-Ions were used for this build.
The core-c allowed for complete vehicle sync and allows for some added features to be programmed in grabbing signals from the truck. Some features include having the 4 top lights on the headboard operate as “cruise” lighting or running lights. Another feature is having the 4 at the rear of the truck provide extra white lighting for night time operation. We provided them with a button to turn off the grille lights if desired to prevent the lights from flashing back off the stainless plow at night.

A big thanks to Jack at GPS for sending another truck for a full install! Can’t wait to see it out in action!

This Ford Fusion brought to us by a local police officer who is also a fire fighter. This car received a Whelen CORE light and siren controller with a handheld remote. The lighting package is a TRIO lighting package featuring all light heads to be Blue/Red/White. Programming using CORE allows us to provide a mix of any or all of the 3 colors individually or all together. Depending on which department the car is being used for, this system will allow for the respective color to be displayed!
