📢 IMPORTANT DIAGNOSTIC POLICY UPDATE
At World Class Automotive, our goal has always been to provide every customer with accurate diagnoses, quality repairs, and the attention their vehicle deserves.
As vehicles become more complex, proper diagnostics require specialized equipment, technical information, and valuable technician time. To ensure we can continue providing thorough and accurate service to every customer, we are implementing a diagnostic fee policy effective immediately.
🔧 Diagnostic Fee: $120
✅ If you choose to have the recommended repairs completed by World Class Automotive, the diagnostic fee is completely waived.
✅ If you decide not to proceed with repairs, the $120 diagnostic fee will apply.
✅ If you pay the diagnostic fee and return within 45 days to have the recommended repairs performed, the fee will be credited toward your repair bill.
This policy allows us to dedicate the proper time and resources to every vehicle while continuing to provide the level of service our customers expect and deserve.
