K&M Coatings is looking for temporary help that could grow into a full-time position based on performance and workflow needs.

We are currently looking for someone with experience in:
• Bodywork / prep work
• Sanding & polishing
• Paint correction
• Vehicle disassembly/reassembly
• Paint shop experience preferred

This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone who can move with urgency, take initiative, and help us increase production quality and efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

What we need help with:
• Wet sanding
• Prep work
• Taping / masking
• Cleaning panels & vehicles
• General shop workflow assistance
• Painting

Ideal candidate:
• Has experience in body shop, paint, detailing environments
• Understands quality control and attention to detail
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Shows up consistently and works hard
• Takes pride in their work
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Experience with automotive painting is a HUGE plus and could lead to larger responsibilities as we continue growing.

We are extremely busy and looking for someone who can help us get caught up while continuing to grow the business the RIGHT way.

Pay will depend on experience and skill level.

Located in Norman, OK.
