Well, it looks like after 12 years, its time to dump AllCom. 4 weeks my business number hasn't worked. Call their customer service, it goes to voice mail, call their tech support, it goes to voice mail. No one returns calls. Email them, no reply. Filed complaints with the California PUC, the Nevada PUC, and the FCC. Next step, small claims court to recoup some of my losses. To anyone who has tried to reach me on my 800-849-7025 number, please accept my apology. I have diligently tried to contact my phone provider, but get no response. Frustrating to say the least.
