This one has sat for at least 5 years. Full service required for all systems and a battery replacement. No major issues beyond the the tires are far out of date and battery replacement. Test ride was as smooth as expected.

09’ BMW f800ST in this afternoon. Fork seals are leaking and need of replacement. After that cleaning the front braking system as well. This customer also has a 1980 BMW R100 that is coming in next, that particular bike is on my list of wants. I took a look at it when I dropped him off and to say the least I’m very excited to finally dig into one of them! Very exciting times!

This 1999 Goldwing needed a bit of attention. The headlight fuse kept blowing and the reverse fuse was also blown. Anytime one works on one of these, you’re in for lots of time and patience. They are fantastically built and are just as complex. I was fortunate on this particular one. Found oxidation and corrosion on the right side driving light as well as the left side driving light terminal being 180 degrees out of clocking. The oxidation and corrosion leading to over amperage. As far as the reverse issue, I replaced the fuse and engaged reverse as the manual recommends with, no further issues. No parts needed and it’s ready to cover many more miles.

Kabota wheel bearing failure today. Replaced all four as well as the seals. Now I have an hour cleaning the trailer… All...

All services done on theses three. No real issues but with the chopper, it was a bit long for the lift. Tricky to get the front wheel locked down and ending up not being able to use the lift to get it up in the air for its service. Had to roll around on the floor to get it done. What a fantastic day it was today!
