We’re thrilled to announce that Mike Monaco has been selected as part of the Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame’s 2026 class. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mike served active duty with the 2nd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion and deployed to the Middle East twice. Beyond his military service, Mike has been actively involved in veterans’ organizations, helped grow local Marine Corps League membership, and chairs the annual Hike to Remember event, which raises awareness and support for veteran su***de prevention.
