Having grown up in the real estate and construction business all her life, Nancy became a licensed real estate agent. She has handled every angle of the business, from renting and leasing, property management, to first time buyers and property investors. Dealt with property flipping to purchasing fixer-uppers for her own personal portfolio. Nancy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lasell College with

a BS in Business and Management. She was awarded the Book Award, the highest honor you can receive in your major. She is in the process of continuing her education by studying real estate law. She looks at each listing she rents as her own and will only rent to a tenant she would want residing in her own property. She is not like your average agent, we call "the hit and run agents," they are out for their commission and do not care who they put in your property, once that lease is signed and they get their commission, they are gone. It is NOT that way with Nancy, she is on the scene right up until the tenant moves in and is still available after if there are any questions. As a seller's agent, she is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each client is given her personal attention, she does not place you on a list and hand you out throughout the office. As a buyer's agent, she will make it her top priority to find you that perfect property or investment. Nancy's clients are not just that, "a client," they are people who have individual needs and wants, they are not just numbers. Her hope is that they will form a business friendship and she will continue to be their "go to realtor" for many years to come. Nancy is a member of the Greater Boston Realtor Association.

It is funny that this is the photo my kids were given. I grew up in The Marocco’s House in Auburndale, Valerie was one of my best friends. So very fitting.

Unfortunately The Festa won’t be taking place this year but at least the streets are painted and the signs are up to give people some sense of summer normalcy. Try and make the best of it!
