Dr. Raymond Skowronski Jr. was the backbone of 3 Rays a man whose advice, drive, and determination helped shape its foundation and inspire everyone around him. Through his leadership, wisdom, and relentless work ethic he instilled in Ray 3 he created a lasting impact that extended far beyond business. Dr. Ray believed in perseverance, integrity, and leading by example, and those values continue to guide the company today. Although he has passed on, his spirit lives on in the people he mentored, the vision he built, and the legacy he leaves behind. His presence may be gone, but his influence and memory will forever remain a part of the company’s heart and future. We will continue to grow and remember where it started from.
