Rental Cars Available. Don't worry about arranging a ride. As a courtesy, we can arrange a rental car for you. Enterprise, Hertz or Nissan of Newport News can pick you up when you drop off your vehicle and bring you back when your vehicle is ready. We can also help arrange a rental car at a discount rate if your insurance company does not cover one. In addition, we are happy to give you a ride to your home or office if needed. Happy Thanksgiving!!! Today as we unwind from our Thanksgiving gatherings I hope that you are all thankful for the love and memories you shared this Thanksgiving. Today was a day to give and show thanks, to spend time with loved ones, friends, families and sometimes complete strangers. We all thought today about all we were thankful for, as I'm sure many of us are thankful for some of the same things, some of us are thankful for things others may take for granite. We all have so much to be thankful for, no matter how much or how little we have. Being thankful is not measured in materialistic things, how many friends you have, or how many people were at your dinner table tonight. Being thankful has a different meaning for each one of us, but the most important thing is that everyday we remember just what it was we were so thankful for today and that the memories you created today become part of what you are thankful for tomorrow. We here at New Beginnings want you all to know we are thankful for you our customers and for you allowing us to be who we are today. We are thankful for your patience and understanding, and we are thankful for your continued support throughout the years. Happy Labor Day Everyone. We hope that you and your families had a safe and happy holiday weekend. Those of us with children are preparing to set our children off on a new chapter in their lives tomorrow morning as they go back to school. Most of us if not all of us know the world today is not an easy one and our youth face many adversities that we didn't have to face. So as our children begin this new chapter in their lives, let's remember to tell them they are special, to always be true to themselves and not try to fit in with what "everyone" else is doing. Let's remind them the future is theirs and the path they create is the one that they make. Tell them that life is not fair, people are sometimes mean and that's okay, it's life. Tell them you believe in them and that you want them to have the courage and strength to believe in themselves, but most importantly remind them to Never Give Up on themselves, or their dreams no matter how big or small they are, they can do it if they only believe in themselves. As we all know nothing in life is easy, and if it comes easy it's probably not worth having. Our youth today face challenges that no child should ever have to face and as parents we can only guide them down the right path, believe in them and support them, the rest is up to them. So for those parents preparing your child for their next chapter in life we wish you and your child/children all the best. To all the teachers thank you for teaching our youth the knowledge they need to have a successful future, we appreciate you. To all the students beginning your new chapter we wish you the best of luck, remember it won't be easy, and the choices you make today will affect your life tomorrow. So think before you act, set goals and achieve them, stay focused and remember the future is yours.

I would personally like to thank each and everyone of you for your prayers, support and kind words through our difficult, tragic time. We would like to thank all of you for your prayers and positive, uplifting, loving and comforting comments you all have left for him and his family. This is truly a very tragic time for his family and ours. Cregg touched many people's lives in his short time on earth and made so many memories with so many people he will surely never be forgotten. I have had a number of people call and stop by the shop and ask if there is anything they can do, I truly ask all of you to please pray. Pray his family finds comfort and peace through this difficult time. For anybody who would like to make a donation to his family please bring your donations to the shop and we will be sure that his family is taken care of. Thank you all again. It is with deep sadness I must say that we lost an important part of our family last night. Cregg Cartwright was an amazing father, husband,friend, son and co-worker. He touched many people in his short life. We ask that you keep his family and our shop in your prayers through this difficult time. As information is available I will update you all with arrangements and details. Please remember to hold those you love close and never let them leave you without telling them what they mean to you, because you never know when tomorrow will not come. Cregg you will forever be missed and though I do not understand this and I am not sure I ever will I pray that your family will find comfort in God's embrace and that you will watch over us until we meet again.
