I had a customer come in today, demanding that I replace tires for free today. He took the vehicle to another shop because of the way it drove. The person told them the front tires were worn out because the tires were installed backwards. I acknowledged the fact that they were on backwards. I explained to him that was 2 years ago, and it doesn't look like they were ever rotated. The tires were not new at this time, either. He told me it would be cheaper for me if I just bought him a new set now, or he was going to really cost me when he takes me to court. What do you think of this?
I am thinking I am done with it. My shop is officially for sale.
