Our shop runs 35 bays and writes 850 to 1,000 ROs a month, with 3 great service advisors averaging over 2 hours per RO. Our techs are clocking in 40 hours and punching out 70 flat rate. We use the Xtime system, so you're never stuck waiting at the parts counter, you can move right into your next job while parts get pulled. And instead of an automatic job distribution system, our service manager Isaiah personally matches the right job to the right tech, so you're working on jobs that fit your skill set, not getting stuck losing time on the wrong ticket.

We'll invest in your training and your future, and we offer a sign on bonus for the right candidate. You don't need to have it all figured out, we're looking for the right desire and ability to learn.
