Customer Tesla Model X hit something rough and hard while parking/parked on a NYC street. The severe impact tore through the ppf and paint. He ripped off the ppf and brought it to us to repaint the bumper. Unfortunately, he didn't do it a proper removal with a steamer and left all the adhesive residue on the bumper. Now we're doing the tedious work of taking off all the glue stuck on the paint. Moral of the story, stick with what you're good at and let us, ppf specialist, do what we're good at.
