We’re excited to share a big update that is helping us take another step towards ADAS excellence.

Revv has officially been acquired by Rotunda Capital Partners and is merging with AirPro Diagnostics, a Rotunda portfolio company, to create an end-to-end ADAS platform.

This brings together everything shops have needed for years, but never had in one place, closing a gap the industry has felt for a long time.

Combining Revv's technology with AirPro's calibration expertise allows us to bring the entire ADAS process into one platform, from start to finish.

Revv’s CEO, Adi Bathla, has stepped into the role of President and Chief Innovation Officer of the company and joins the Board, with Driaan DuToit serving as the combined company's CEO.

ADAS is moving fast. The training and community around it need to keep up.

Our Director of Strategic Partnerships, Joel Adcock, is heading to the MEMA ADAS Symposium event on August 25th in Southfield, Michigan to present at the Education Work Group on the United ADAS Collective – the home for ADAS professionals, focused on education, training, certifications, events, and community.

Every windshield with a forward-facing camera has a calibration requirement behind it. Most glass shops know that. Fewer are actually capturing the revenue from it.

It's not that the work isn't getting done. It's that the requirement gets missed before the vehicle leaves, the documentation isn't what the adjuster expects, or the calibration never makes it onto the invoice. Any one of those gaps means you did the work and didn't get paid for it.

Revv identifies every windshield-related calibration requirement at the start of the job, generates complete documentation that insurers accept, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between the bay and the invoice.

A part getting replaced is only one reason a vehicle needs an ADAS calibration.

The bigger question is what changed on the vehicle.

→ Geometry (alignment, structural work, ride height)
→ Sensor position (glass, brackets, bumper R&I)
→ Vehicle dynamics (tire size, lift or lowering kits)
→ Software state (module programming, ECU work)
→ Unknown history (salvage, prior repairs, missing records)

A sensor can be reinstalled perfectly and still need calibration. A vehicle can leave an alignment with no codes and no warning lights and still require one under OEM procedure.

That shift, from damage-driven decisions to process-driven ones, is why the shops getting this right rely on a consistent decision process instead of reading the repair line alone.

The first courses available focus on foundational ADAS knowledge for technicians and shop owners looking to build a stronger foundation. Additional courses for both technical and leadership audiences covering more advanced topics will be released in the coming months.
