- Mechanical knowledge
- Randy Keach Auto is seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and concerns
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Service writing
- Experience in a dealership setting
- Familiarity with suspension, shocks, and struts, brakes, etc.
