It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing that as of September 27 Frankart's Quality auto repair will be closing its doors. It has been a tough decision to make and has kept me from sleeping many nights. I appreciate all the customers who have stuck with me through the tough times. Covid had opened my eyes to just how little I get in return for paying taxes. I find that the ever-increasing cost of doing business looks to have no relief in sight. The insurance costs, energy cost, fluctuating parts costs and poor parts quality are too great. To reach a point to feasibly be able to support my family I would have to charge double my current rate. A $9000 tax rate increase is a major hurdle to overcome along with my health insurance being taken away so some third world illegal can have it is just too much. Many thanks to all of you for all the years of joy you brought to me .
