Full time day porter position available! Tuesday thru Saturday 8 am to 4/5 pm. Hand pick trash around shopping plazas, change trash can liners, ceiling dusting, wipe window sills, must have smart phone and lot's of walking, some lifting, some light handy man repairs, Great BOSS! ...... $ 15.00 per hour. 35 to 40 hours per week. **** MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD FOR at least 5 YEARS **** Before I place an add on Craigs list, I was hoping to find someone thru a friend.

DAY SHIFT: parking lot porter technician. Commercial properties, Shopping Plazas, Office parks. Hand pick debris from lot and landscape. Dust down cobwebs. Remove unwanted debris. Change trash can liners Light handyman duties. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday. Every other Saturday . Smart phone required. Lot's of walking and medium to heavy lifting

Shop is located in New Port Richey, but we cover 4 local counties.

MUST HAVE A CLEAN, VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. NO POINTS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS. NO SUSPENSIONS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS.
