WE ARE HIRING! Looking for a career minded person to fill a position in our PARTS DEPARTMENT. FULL TIME, w/ FULL BENEFITS. Job duties would include working parts counter, using phone, ordering/billing/handling parts, using computer for inventory & billing. Must be comfortable dealing with customers in person & on phone. Also some lifting would be involved, such as truck brake drums and other truck parts. Also operating forklift, making hoses & battery cables, etc. Would need valid drivers license as well, we do some parts pickup & delivery with our vehicles. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, heavy truck knowledge is a bigger plus.... but could definitely train the right individual that did not have much knowledge in our field.
** Our location is 9045 E State Rd 46, New Point, IN. Hours for this position are 8am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. AND every other Saturday 7am - noon.
** Full time position, with health insurance, 401k, paid holidays, paid vacation, etc.
** Pay will be based on experience in, & knowledge of, the heavy truck industry. The right person can make this a profitable career choice. We are a small company that takes great pride in the care of our employees.

Tommy's Diesel Shop is HIRING ! We are looking for a Road Service Technician. Job would include on site & emergency repairs of heavy trucks & trailers. You would also work on our fleet vehicles. You would need to be available 24 hours, during your scheduled days & nights. You would have a fully stocked service truck to drive, personal tools are not needed. Pay will depend on experience, some mechanical experience is necessary. We have a full benefit package with health insurance, 401k, etc. You would need a clean driving record also.
