It is with a very heavy heart that I announce the postponement of the 2nd Annual Motors for Memory Truck & Car Show. Due to unforeseen roadwork on Libertyville Road, the event will be rescheduled to Saturday, September 26, 2026.
At this time, Libertyville Road leading to the Ulster County Fairgrounds is completely ground up and under construction. Because our event is centered around classic cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles, we feel it is in the best interest of both the event and our attendees to postpone rather than risk damage to anyone’s vehicle from loose gravel and road conditions.
As many of you know, this event is incredibly close to my heart. After months of planning, preparation, and countless hours of hard work, making the decision to postpone has been absolutely heartbreaking. However, I would be even more devastated if someone’s prized vehicle was damaged while attending an event meant to bring our community together for such an important cause.
While this is certainly not the outcome we hoped for, I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Sometimes God throws us a curveball, and we have to trust the path He has laid before us. I am confident that our 2nd Annual Motors for Memory Truck & Car Show on September 26, 2026 will be bigger, better, and more successful than ever.
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to our incredible sponsors for their support and understanding:
• Tom’s Repair Shop
• Troy’s Auto Body
• The Hudson Valley Chef
• Bantel HVAC
• Ulster County Fairgrounds
• Wallkill View Farm

• Mountain Rest Electric
