We had such a great night celebrating the life of one of the most special people we’ve ever had the honor of knowing, someone we miss more than words can say. 💙🏁

Tom’s Repair Shop was incredibly proud to sponsor the Jim Douglas Memorial Night at Accord Speedway and spend the evening surrounded by so many people who knew, loved, and respected Jim.

And somehow, the night became even more special when Jim’s son, Adam, took home the win in his race. We couldn’t have imagined a more fitting moment on a night dedicated to his dad. 🏁❤️ We know Jim would have been so proud.

We also want to give a very special shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Marty from Upstate Auto for graciously giving up his sponsor night at the track so that our night could be rescheduled. Because of his generosity, we were still given the opportunity to come together and celebrate Jim and the incredible impact he had on so many of us. It meant more than we can say.

Jim may no longer be standing beside us at the track, but his presence, his stories, and the memories he gave us will always be a part of it.

We miss you, Jim. This one was for you. 🏁💙

MEET ZACHARY 🔧

Zachary’s passion for turning wrenches started back in high school, where he spent his free time tinkering with old lawn mowers and transforming them into racing mowers. Around the same time, he and his best friend took on the challenge of restoring a ‘67 Camaro Z/28 that had been sitting in his friend’s grandmother’s backyard.

Today, Zachary has been professionally working on cars and trucks for the past three years. When he’s not at the shop, you’ll probably still find him in the garage working on his family’s vehicles or spending quality time outdoors with his wife and kids.

With over 26 years of experience in the automotive industry, Kathleen brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to helping our customers have the best experience possible. Her extensive background and customer-focused approach make her a valuable addition to the Tom’s Repair Shop family.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys traveling and has a special appreciation for horses. Whether she’s planning her next adventure or admiring these beautiful animals, she enjoys making time for the things she loves.
