IMO, wise words told by my mother to me as a child, which has been a completely true mantra to maintain. -Free Estimates via texting photos of your damage to (504) 777-7787. We have a 24 hour hotline if you need to speak to someone in an emergency. My business line is connected to my personal cell, and will pick up or answer your text if you need help in an emergency or just if you have general questions. We also offer 24 our towing. Also, our business hours are unconventional as we have a morning crew shift and an evening shift crew along with a weekend crew. ALSO, we offer mobile repair, and will complete your repairwork at your residence if it is more convenient for you. (We also have free loaners...shhhh lol)

Insurance companies are notorious for withholding information that can be pertinent to making an informed decision whether to file a claim or not, and claim definitions such as the difference in comprehensive and collision claims, and how different claim designations can affect your policy! I have experienced many people who had originally filed a claim where the insurance company deliberately incorrectly designated the claim, which resulted in your policy amount being raised substantially, or even dropped outright by your insurance company. I've had to re-designate hundreds if not thousands of claims over the 25 years running my company.
