Well….Pam Riley has officially retired!!

I’m going to miss seeing her, working alongside her, laughing with her, and all the little everyday moments we shared. I couldn’t be happier for her as she starts this next chapter.

You deserve every minute of this new adventure, and I hope retirement is everything you dreamed it would be. We’re going to miss you like crazy, but I know that sweet granddaughter is going to keep you plenty busy!

‼️The Wait Is Finally Over‼️

The New Madrid License Office will officially reopen on Monday, July 20th.

Our new office hours are:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Please note: Our lunch hour has changed to match the New Madrid County Courthouse’s lunch schedule.

We kindly ask for your patience as we get back up and running. We’re expecting to be very busy during our reopening, and we appreciate your understanding while we work to serve everyone as quickly as possible.

You’ll see the same friendly faces you’ve always known, plus one new face joining our team.

Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and patience during our temporary closure. We are so excited to be back and look forward to serving our community again!

We are excited to announce that we, Joey and Allison Causey, are the new contract holders of the New Madrid License Office. We know many of you have been waiting for updates, and we appreciate your patience during this transition. We are working closely with the State of Missouri and will share reopening details as soon as we receive the necessary information. 📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the license office will be TEMPORARILY shutting down as of Thursday, May 28th.
We are truly saddened that this is happening, but we are hopeful this is only temporary and that we will be back serving our community very soon.
