📢📢CLASSIC CLAUS APPLICATIONS…
Applications will be distributed in person on Friday November 7, 2025 beginning at 9:00 am. At the NewLex Classic Riders Clubhouse, 810 N. Main Street, New Lexington. They will be handed out, one application per child. Ages newborn - 17. First come, first serve - you cannot get applications for other people….no exceptions!!!!! You must complete the application completely! We have to know both parents information, even if one parent is absent, you still have to list their information. We would prefer that you complete the application that day and turn in, we do not know how many applications we are able to accept yet. Applications due back November 14, 2025, there will be a black box by the door to pit them in, do not put in out mailbox. ***We cross-reference with other agencies, so if you signed up somewhere else (Angel Tree, Caring for Kids, etc.) before you tried with us then we will not accept your application.*** Must be the custodial parent/guardian and reside in Perry County.
If we are able to accept more applications after this date we will make a new post with that information.
