Fellow Robinson’s employees, families, customers, and community, it is with a range of emotions that we announce that Robinson’s Wrecker Service has been sold to Parker’s Towing Service. We are excited for Parker's to carry on the services that Robinson's has provided to the area with the same quality and commitment that we pride ourselves on.
Robinson’s Wrecker Service was founded in 1942 and we took ownership in 1999 from the Robinson family. We had very big shoes to fill as they had already grown this towing business into a community.
The past 23 years have been full of rewarding memories and we will forever cherish all of the people we have had the opportunity to serve and meet along our journey. Part of our role includes meeting people in unfortunate circumstances (Wrecks, broken down vehicles, flat tires, etc.). Yet, through these difficult situations we have gained lifelong friends and have made an impact on the surrounding community.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us through the years. We are very grateful for all of the dedicated Robinson’s employees who have made this business possible. We know that your role has not always been easy with being on call, working in inclement conditions, and losing time away from your families. We really appreciate everything you all have done to support us and the community.
As difficult as this decision was to pass on the reigns to Parker’s, we are excited for the next chapter in our lives. After years of putting in hard work, we are thankful for the opportunity to have more time to spend with family and friends.
However, you may be wondering what is next? We are excited and proud to announce that our focus will be on Robbie’s Automotive. If you need auto repairs, heavy truck repairs, or automotive body and paint, we will be located right here at our same location in New Haven ready to help!
